Message	What is the condition of the exterior and interior? Does it need any immediate work? It's hard to say how much it will cost per year in maintenance, because everyone seems to have different things happen at different times. Although, I've stick to the "always have $1k ready for unexpected maintenance" line of thought. If all checks out and it's in good overall condition... needing nothing immediately, I'd say $5k is probably reasonable.
